Add value thru perception!

One name for this process is preselling, it's the work your
customer shouldn’t be aware of ideally. It is the process that
makes them want your product and your not even selling it yet!

Online that equates to content mainly, that old chestnut "content
is king" is as true today as the day it was coined!

A user-friendly site, with good spelling, Yes! I am on the side of
the argument that advocates good spelling is necessary. A word of
caution here! Do not dwell to much on design and twiddling with
fonts and colours etc. As above the focus is content! content is
what people and the search engines want.

Good content makes people relax, they like the site, that equates
to they like you, you are their friend because your helping! You
understand the reason they found your site, and are providing the
information relevant to their search.

Your site is warming the market, you have given information freely
and allowed the visitor to mentally promote you to the rank of
expert on your chosen subject.

Experience and results have shown the best way to do this is:

One. content on the site.

Demonstrate your knowledge thru the copy on your home page, and in
articles that you include or write on your site.

Two. Content in your emails or eZine to your list.

Do not give away your product, continue to provide good content.
just add Snippets of information from Your definitive eBook on the
subject!

Mixed in with the content these are your sales teasers to get them
toasty! Perhaps You know how to grow the perfect rose! You have
told them:

how to water it
when to water it
how to train it
What kind of trellis to train it on
how to prune it
when to prune it
how to present it

Four. The sale!

Secrets on how to grow it perfectly every time! Which one! When!
and Where!

I hope that gives you ideas for your process do you see how a lot
of content can be given away that relates to and enhances your
product so buying your product is a no brainer and the ideal
solution to the site visitor and list member.

The above dealt mainly with information product's which is the
ideal product online followed very closely in my view by software
for obvious reason's.

People are online and on a computer. Software solves problems too!
It also helps with an almost endless list of tasks functions etc
plus it can be profitable and fun.
